Both are our signature dishes that allow you to fully savor the natural flavors of the ingredients. In addition, we offer a wide selection of Oita specialties—such as seared local chicken and Ryukyu—that pair perfectly with drinks.
Drinks
In addition to classics like beer, sours, and whiskey, we offer a wide selection of shochu and sake from various regions. We highly recommend the shochu that Oita Prefecture is proud of, starting with “Yaba Bijin.” Please enjoy pairing them with your meal using your preferred mixing method. We also offer refreshing sours made with “kabosu” a specialty of Oita.
